The Thing I'll Remember The Most

There are so many things to remember about this trip. So many new experiences and opportunities that brought me outside my comfort zone. Millions of breeding penguins and thousands of crying seals. Volcanic rock and massive glaciers. Zodiac cruises, 2-meter swells, and sea shanties.

But the thing I’ll remember the most is the smiles of each cohort member. The way we laughed together at dinner and sat silently while exhausted at breakfast. How we screamed together watching our first whales and how we giggled collectively as we bought souvenirs upon souvenirs in Stanley.

We saw so many things that I may never experience again. But the thing I’ll remember most is the people that I hope to stay in touch with for the rest of my life.
